1. Service Description

Crest IPTV provides an IPTV streaming subscription service that delivers live television channels and video-on-demand content via the internet. Our service is available to customers in Ireland and the European Union. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer four annual subscription plans: Basic (€35/yr), Premium (€45/yr), 4K VIP (€59/yr), and Family (€69/yr). Prices are in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Plans do not auto-renew. Features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before service activation. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee from the time of activation. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 48 hours, contact us via WhatsApp for a full refund. After the 48-hour period, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your login credentials beyond the number of screens allowed by your plan. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruption. If downtime exceeds 2 consecutive hours, we will automatically extend your subscription by an equivalent period.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
